Upcoming Meditation Weekends with Prairie Mountain Zen Center are being held at The Meditation Place.
A chance to settle into sitting and walking meditation in a supportive environment, with dharma discussion and oryoki style meals. Cost is by donation.
Sitting in Arvada
There is Soto Zen Buddhist practice at True Dragon Zen Center, the home of Paul Barnett, near the
corner of 58th and Kipling in Arvada, on Tuesday evenings at 7 pm.
