This class covers the live of the Buddha; Buddhist history, philosophy and ethics; the practices of mindfulness and meditation; and an overview of the Buddhist path as a personal practice.

All Tuesday evening meetings are offered on a drop-in basis at the First Congregational - United Church of Christ located at 9th and Francis in Longmont.
The evening is a collaboration between Prairie Mountain Zendo and the Colorado Community for Mindful Living. It is co-led by Rev. Cliff Clusin and Janelle Combelic. Ms. Combelic recently practiced at Plum Village in France for two years and teaches in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hahn.

Saturday Morning Meditation and Tea
Saturday mornings 8:30 - 10:45
Sangha practice is offered on a drop-in basis at Plymouth Congregational Church in Fort Collins. Meditation instruction is available at the beginning of the sessions.
The morning consists of meditation, chanting the Heart Sutra, followed by tea. The first cup of tea is served and savored in silence as a practice of mindfulness. During the second cup of tea we have a dharma discussion. Feel free to attend any part of the schedule.

Frisco, Colorado
Sunday Afternoon
Sangha practice is offered on a drop-in basis at Trinity Wellness Studio in Frisco. Meditation instruction is available at the beginning of the sessions.
Larry Ebersole offers a Tai Chi class from 1 to 2pm. Zen sitting begins at 2:15 followed by walking meditation and tea. Feel free to attend any part of the schedule.
Please bring your own cushion for sitting meditation.
