Sesshin and One Day Sittings
PMZC has a mix of online, in-person, and hybrid (both online and in-person) events.

Sunday through Wednesday morning events and Thursday evenings are both online and in the Longmont Zendo. These events are open for in-person attendance to people who have attended an orientation to the Longmont Zendo.
Sesshin/Retreat
Sesshin is a multiple day zazen event and it is a wonderful opportunity to soak in silence and plumb the depths of practice. This enables practioners to sit more zazen than they normally would, with the support of others;
If you are unable to attend the full sesshin, you may design your schedule (as little or as much) as works for you. You may join the practice 5 minutes before any zazen time listed in the schedule.

You may attend at the Longmont Zendo or on Zoom. In-person attendance requires previous zendo orientation.

One Day Sittings
Every other month (usually the second Saturday), we host one day sittings at Plymouth Congregational Church in Ft. Collins. The day includes an oryoki practice lunch and a chance for private interviews with Rev. Clusin
The schedule is:
9 am opening tea; then three 35 minute zazen periods with kinhin between.
At noon, we chant the Heart Sutra before lunch and there is a quiet rest period from one to two pm, when we have two more periods of zazen and kinhin, followed by a closing tea, ending the day of practice at 4 pm.
The event is available in person and on Zoom. Partial attendance is ok. Registration is required through email to info@pmzc.org. Cost is by donation.
